Tough Times, Tougher Librarians

Community comes from the combining of common and unity.In these tough times, now what is in common serves to unify. I am thinking that we are now beginning to come together as one, as a people, and as a nation. Having chosen a bright and imaginative youngheart to share the leadership position, thanks is given that Mr. Obama is being shared with us by " the love of my life", Michelle. President - Elect Obama voiced it best " We are the ones we have been waiting for " As we approach that great day our hearts are filled with joy and renewed faith.It is a happy day indeed. Genie

I enjoyed the article. I particularly liked your idea of re-acquainting ourselves with some of our "old" favorite reads.
