When we lived in Japan and my kids were in Japanese nursery school, I was expected to make lunches like these. Well, not quite so elaborate but I can make octopus or crabs out of hot dogs, bunnies out of hard boiled eggs and we own "cookie" cutters that cut cute shapes into vegies. PBJ and fruit was not acceptable.
