What is up with the term "sexy" being bandied about so much at the conference? Hearing editor Ms Hisrch saying she is looking for sexy was a turn off and quite puzzling in an already ultra sexualized media now seeping into the world of kids; NOT good. Truthfully, boys are reading at the same pace before the boy's book hype. It's all hype and the ones who suffer are the kids who read and grow up with "getekeeeper" books so an editor and publisher can make money. Let's be real, it's an ugly tacky trend that hopefuly is just that, a trend.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
